Three DivinaLaw lawyers were featured in the four-day Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar organized by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City Chapter. In partnership with the University of San Jose-Recoletos School of Law, the webinar was held from May 28 to May 29, and June 4 to June 5, 2021.
On the second day of the webinar, senior partner Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz spoke on “Enforcement of Foreign Commercial Arbitration” while former governor for IBP Eastern Visayas and DivinaLaw Partner Atty. Mae Elaine T. Bathan discussed the “Basic Etiquette in Online Hearings and Meetings.”
Senior partner Atty. Danny E. Bunyi discussed “Moving Forward beyond the Pandemic: Planning and Securing an Estate” on June 4, the third day of the MCLE training.
