DivinaLaw recently conducted a legal orientation for all the candidates of Miss Universe Philippines 2025 in preparation for the candidates’ contract signing with EmpirePH Holdings Inc., the owner and organizer of the Miss Universe Philippines 2025 pageant.

The orientation was conducted in Makati City by a team led by Atty. Jose M. Layug Jr. and Atty. Richie Avigale Ramos-Pilares, senior partners of DivinaLaw.

“We at Miss Universe Philippines are very happy that we have partnered with DivinaLaw,” said Mr. Voltaire Tayag, Executive Vice President of EmpirePH.

“One of the important things about being a professional, being a beauty queen, is the contract. When you are young, you are not familiar with these things and having lawyers to guide you, to be able to explain to you every clause and statement in the contract can really make you feel a lot more confident knowing what it is you are signing. We want to make sure that the delegates know what they are getting themselves into.”

EmpirePH Holdings President and CEO Jonas Antonio Gaffud and DivinaLaw Managing Partner Atty. Nilo Divina recently signed an agreement which made DivinaLaw the official legal counsel of Miss Universe Philippines.
